I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Ginzler for the outstanding care and compassion I received. From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for his patients truly set him apart. After going through an extremely painful dental infection and procedure, Dr. Ginzler provided a level of care that far exceeded anything I have ever experienced. What truly sets him apart is his genuine compassion. He personally texted me regularly to check on my recovery, even on a holiday weekend, to make sure I was healing well and that my pain was under control. That kind of dedication is incredibly rare and meant so much!! The office staff was also kind, responsive, and made every visit smooth and stress-free. I always felt that I was in excellent hands, and the level of care I received exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Ginzler to anyone looking for a endodontist who is not only highly skilled but also truly cares about his patients. Dr. Ginzler's attention to detail and precise execution make it clear he is not only talented but takes his work seriously. Irena, his dental assistant, is highly knowledgeable and genuinely caring, which goes a long way in making you feel comfortable. Angela stands out for her kindness and the fact that she actually remembers you. She is always great with handling insurance and scheduling. It's a well-run office with a team that clearly cares. Would definitely recommend--and so did my past few general dentists.

I had a great experience at Wave Endodontics! My consultation was quick and efficient, and Dr. Castillo along with the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They created such a calm and peaceful environment, which really helped ease any nerves. I left my appointment feeling fully informed and confident, knowing exactly what to expect—not just with the care, but the entire procedure process and what the day of would look like. I feel so much better now, and I will definitely continue recommending them every chance I get!

Wave Endodontics provided great service from start to finish. The front desk has the most caring and professional personnel I've seen in ages. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and really seemed to care that I had urgency to start my treatment. The facilities are beautiful and very well equipped. Dr Ginzler took the time to guide me through the whole procedure, explaining everything in detail and making me feel comfortable at every step. Highly recommended!

Well, nobody wants to find themselves in pain and in need of a root canal but sometimes life throws unexpected things at you. I was recommended to Wave by my dentist after having terrible pain in my tooth. Angela welcomed my call and happily answered all of my questions very professionally. She made me feel comfortable and made scheduling a breeze. When it was time to have the treatment done, Dr. Castillo did a fantastic job with the root canal itself. I have had root canals in the past but Dr. Castillo really took her time with the procedure and did a very thorough cleaning of the tooth before my second appointment where she finished the job. I could tell she wasn’t rushed at all and really wanted to ensure that she did her best work possible. Wave also worked with my insurance which made the procedure very affordable which I was happy about. I would recommend you go here if you need a root canal, even over some of the other practices with more reviews. I’ve been to the other ones and they were better here.
